Salary: £21,589 per annum, pro rata (£11.19 per hour)

We are a charity supporting families with young children through home-visiting and the four groups we run each week. We recruit and train volunteers to work with families who are experiencing stressful or demanding situations, are ‘hard to reach’ or isolated.
This is an opportunity to work as part of a small, friendly team, taking responsibility for assessing families’ needs and matching them with volunteers, training and supervising volunteers, and liaising with referrers and local partners. You will manage your own caseload of families, with a variety of needs.
We want to hear from you, if you have:
- a belief that children should have the best possible start in life
- an understanding of vulnerable families’ needs
- experience of supporting families
- knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- good communication, networking and IT skills.
