We’re so pleased to welcome our 8 newly-trained home-visiting volunteers to our Home-Start Southern Oxfordshire volunteer team!
The delightful Karen, Helen, Caroline, Celia, Julie, Jenny, Rhonda and Lucienne have taken part in a mix of in-person training and online learning on our Volunteer Preparation Course. They will soon be matched with families who have young children and need a little support and we can’t wait to see the journeys they go on.
So far in 2025 we’ve recruited and trained 17 new volunteers and we are so grateful to everyone who offers their time to help us in our quest to improve the lives of families and outcomes of children across South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse.
